Meet the Executive Board!
Elle Schutte
President
Elle Schutte is a senior pursuing a dual degree in public relations and Spanish. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and loves attending college in the Florida sun! Elle has been working in the public relations/digital marketing field with Blue Dot Communications since high school, and she completed her first official internship with Carlton Creative Company in 2022. Elle currently works as an intern with Florida State’s own marketing department as well as doing public relations and digital marketing work for various clients through her own business.
Alyssa Bynum
Vice President
Alyssa Bynum enthusiastically serves on the FPRA executive board as the Vice President! She is a senior at FSU studying Public Relations with minors in Events, Recreation & Tourism and Psychology. She works as a Meeting Assistant for the Florida Dental Association, a Social Media Intern for the FSU History Department, and is an ambassador for Bumble!
Anna Gutfreund
Professional Liaison
Anna is a senior double majoring in Public Relations and Spanish with a minor in Hospitality Management and a Certificate in Multicultural Marketing. On campus, she is involved with FSU Homecoming as the Overall Director. In the past, she has interned with The Zimmerman Agency, Sachs Media and SalterMitchell PR. She is currently interning with FSU University Communications as a Global Media Initiative Intern.
Erin Connor
Secretary
Erin is serving as the 2023-2024 Secretary. She is a senior Public Relations major with a minor in General Business. This Fall semester Erin is interning as a Project Assistant with SalterMitchell PR here in Tallahassee. She’s looking forward to seeing what the future holds for FPRA and to having a great last year here at Florida State!
Paige Peterson
Treasurer
Paige is serving as the 2023-2024 Treasurer. She is junior Public Relations major with minors in Business and English. This past summer, she worked as a Communications Intern at The Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida. On campus, she's currently involved as an Engage 100 leader for freshman (FYCS) on campus. After graduation, she is interested in doing PR in either the entertainment industry or for a sports team.
Kaylan Williams
Digital Coordinator
Kaylan Williams is serving on the FPRA executive board as a digital coordinator. She is in her third year at Florida State University, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in commercial entrepreneurship. On campus, she also works with FSU Libraries and Offbeat Publication and Media doing marketing and social media. After university, she hopes to work in an agency setting, and eventually start her own one day!
Marlowe Dunn Flom
Outreach Coordinator
Marlowe is serving as one of the Outreach Coordinators. Marlowe is a junior double majoring in Public Relations and Editing, Writing, and Media, with minors in International Affairs and Business Analytics. This past summer, Marlowe interned with Palm Beach Media Group, an renowned publishing group specializing in magazines for the ultra luxury market, as a marketing and editorial intern. Marlowe is currently interning with The Moore Agency as a Digital Content Intern. Marlowe is also an FSU course instructor for First Year Connections and Success, an engage 100 class. He is excited to grow even more professionally and personally with another great year in FPRA!
Hannah Angelo-Walker
Outreach Coordinator
Hannah is serving as Outreach Coordinator for the 2023-2024 school year. Hannah is a senior double majoring in Public Relations and Environment and Society. Hannah is currently interning with True Story PR working hospitality clients! On campus she is involved with the Seminole Tap Troupe as well as a University Ambassador for Florida State. She is looking forward to her senior year with FPRA!!
